The updated Novablast 3 running shoe is bringing style and race day performance together. Drawing inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. Weighing about 30g lighter than the previous version, the Novablast 3 is equipped with improved comfort with its FF BLAST™ PLUS midsole, giving you a lighter and more responsive underfoot feel. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing excess tongue movement. This component is reinforced with a more supportive heel design to help guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle.

These have become my go to shoes for running, perfect for long runs, with enough cushion and support but not too much cushion where you feel like you're sinking in.
