The new and improved training partner, the Asics Gel-Cumulus 26, has arrived with some exciting updates to get you moving. It also returns with familiar features you’ve come to love like FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning, PureGEL® technology, and an engineered mesh upper.
Underfoot, FF BLAST™ PLUS foam helps cushion each step while also offering an energized and responsive feel. For additional softness, the Gel-Cumulus 26 also uses PureGEL® technology, giving you more comfort and impact protection in each step. This version of the Gel-Cumulus also comes with an extra 1 mm of cushioning while also lowering its overall weight. The Gel-Cumulus 26 comes in at 7.8 oz in comparison to the previous at 8.1 oz.
Staying true to itself, this daily trainer uses an engineered mesh upper to enhance overall breathability while comfortably securing your foot. It even utilizes recycled materials for 90% of the upper, moving us a little closer to a more sustainable future.
Within the Gel-Cumulus 26, you’ll find an added OrthoLite™ X-30 sockliner, providing immediate comfort as soon as you lace up. Asics adds more innovation this time around by adding the new FLUIDRIDE™ Outsole, made from a rubberized EVA foam blend. This new outsole technology brings more traction and enhanced comfort to each run.

Solid, reliable running shoe

Perfect wide toe box and cushion for injured toe
My girlfriend has an injured toe from her dancing career but she needed shoes to come along with my hobby. Even though she's picky and always got Cliftons, she loved these and thinks they're way more cushioned and a joy to walk on.

Love these sneakers!
I run 4-5 miles 2-3 times a week - used Hokas for a long time, and then decided I wanted something not quite so "clown shoe" like... these have the right amount of cushion...

Good stability shoe
I prefer the fit of the Asics Novablast, but this is a solid shoe option for runners looking for more of a stability shoe
