The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to open and manage our new Dedham location. You’ll be the face of the store, responsible for building a strong team, driving growth, and making the store a go-to resource for the local fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales floor and ensure outstanding customer experiences
• Hire, train, and inspire a positive, high-performing team
• Build local relationships and host in-store and community events
• Manage social media and marketing efforts for your location
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and day-to-day operations
