North Conway isn’t just another store. It’s a basecamp. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader to build and lead our new location from the ground up. You’ll be the face of the store and the heartbeat of the community hiring and developing a high- performing team, driving smart growth, and making this space the undeniable hub for the local fitness scene. This store will live at the intersection of mountains, mud, and miles. Trail isn’t a category here it’s the culture. The right person for this role
doesn’t just understand trail running; they identify with it. They know the local routes, the conditions, the gear, and the mindset. They’ve felt the grind of a long climb and the quiet satisfaction of a summit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales floor and ensure outstanding customer experiences
• Hire, train, and inspire a positive, high-performing team
• Build local relationships and host in-store and community events
• Manage social media and marketing efforts for your location
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and day-to-day operations
