VO2 Max & Metabolic Testing with Outback PT

Are you a runner who is starting out and not sure how to train? Maybe you are more experienced and looking to get that PR or even BQ? VO2 Max and Metabolic testing is perfect for you!

Previously only available at large hospitals and universities, this test will be able to tell you your current level of endurance, specific heart rate zones, heart rate return, resting metabolic rate and many more metrics that will help to take your training to the next level!

All you need to do is wear a face mask that is connected to our VO2 machine and run on a treadmill which will increase in elevation and speed as the test progresses. Dr Ithamar Jotkowitz, PT, DPT, CAMT will interpret these results and combined with the resting metabolic rate test will be be able to provide a  customized training program, based on your own unique physiology, to rapidly improve your endurance training or lose, and keep off, those stubborn extra pounds.
