About the Presenter:
Chrissy Carroll is a USAT Level I Certified Triathlon Coach and a Registered Dietitian. She’s competed in many endurance events the last ten years, from 5Ks to marathons to Olympic distance triathlons. Chrissy joined many distinguished athletes as a USA Triathlon Ambassador in 2019. She is a firm believer that everyone can check a triathlon off their bucket list, and is passionate about introducing new people to the sport.
