NORWELL - MARATHON MOVES SOUTH
In October of 2005, Marathon Sports opened the doors of its fifth location in the town of Norwell, giving the running communities of Norwell, Hingham, Scituate, and the surrounding South Shore towns a home.
The store boasts the largest footprint of any Marathon Sports location, with nearly double the square footage of the next largest store, complete with cathedral ceilings, to lend the store a very wide open feel.
2005 also marked Marathon Sports' 8th win of the BEST OF BOSTON award, again for excellence in customer service.
